Vietnamese Art Featured at BIENALSUR 2023 in Argentina

German-Vietnamese designer Tra My Nguyen’s artwork is inspired by the culture of Vietnamese women riding motorbikes.

Her work has gained significant attention at the exhibition, marking her first time showcasing her art.

Tra My Nguyen, born in Hanoi in 1992 and raised in Germany, found inspiration in the sun protective clothing worn by Vietnamese women on motorbikes.

The BIENALSUR biennial exhibition of contemporary art was first launched in 2015 and continues to be a platform for art and culture.

The 2023 edition, taking place from July 8 to December 22, will feature artwork exhibited in over 70 cities across 27 countries and territories on five continents.
