The Thuan Hoa District’s Park Management Center director, Duong Quang Hien, confirmed on Friday that the promenade project carries a price tag of over VND 20 billion (US$787,000). This extensive walkway, measuring 432 meters in length and three meters in width, will be constructed with a robust reinforced concrete base. It will be topped with 50mm-thick ironwood planks, covering a total area of 1,298 square meters. Additionally, a semicircular stage spanning 430 square meters will be built in the area. This stage will mirror the design of the walkway, featuring the same concrete base and a smooth wooden surface. The seating area will be a picturesque landscape of seasonal flowers, lush grass, and terraced stone benches stretching across 334 meters.
