Vietnam’s Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, Ta Quang Dong, announced the biennial film festival with a focus on international collaboration and the celebration of cinematic excellence. According to Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong, the event will also showcase Vietnam as a safe and welcoming destination, known for its hospitality.
