Modest investment The cultural and creative industries are some of the fastest-growing industries in the world and are expected to contribute up to 10% of global GDP by 2030. Many countries recognize the increasingly important role of creative culture in the post-industrial economy, driving sustainable development. In Vietnam, the Party and State have implemented guidelines, policies, and laws to develop culture and cultural industries. In a resolution adopted in 2014, the Party Central Committee emphasized the need to build a healthy cultural market, promote the development of cultural industries, and strengthen the dissemination of Vietnamese culture. The 13th National Party Congress in 2021 also identified the urgent task of developing cultural industries and cultural services by leveraging the soft power of Vietnamese culture. Expanding Visa Exemption Benefits for Vietnam Tourism: Expert Opinion

Photo: VNA On February 15, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh issued Directive No. 06/CT-TTg, instructing the Ministry of Public Security to consider waiving visas for more countries based on the new situation and Vietnam’s relations with those countries. Vietnam already waives visas for travelers from 25 countries, including 13 entitled to unilateral exemption. These countries are Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the UK, Russia, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Belarus. Since mid-August 2023, the country has been issuing e-visas to all foreign arrivals and extending the temporary residence period from 30 to 90 days, with unlimited entries and exits, according to Viet Nam News. Both gymnasts, Giang Quoc Co and Giang Quoc Nghiep, made a post about their trip, which will last until February 7, on their verified Facebook accounts. Scent of pomelo flowers fills streets of Hanoi

At this time of year, street vendors carrying pomelo flower baskets are often found on main streets around Hanoi such as Xa Dan, Pham Ngoc Thach, and Kim Ma.
