The Gift of Life: Thai Expats Answer the Call for Vietnam’s Blood Donation Drive

Approximately 110 units of blood were generously donated by officials from the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City, members of the Thai community, and representatives from various Vietnamese agencies. This heartfelt initiative was organized to commemorate the 72nd birthday of King Maha Vajiralongkorn. The Thai Consulate-General, along with partners from the municipal Department of Foreign Affairs, the Vietnam-ASEAN Friendship Association, the Vietnam-Thai Friendship Association, and the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam, united to make this event a success. Their efforts were further bolstered by the participation of the Thai private sector in Vietnam, showcasing a strong bond between the two nations.
