Vietnam Boosts Tourism Collaboration with UK and India
The Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park Management Board has recently conducted a working session and signed a memorandum of cooperation with Yorkshire Dales National Park (UK) to collaborate on biodiversity research and cave exploration tourism. The two national parks will work together and share their experiences in land management, biodiversity conservation, as well as tourism management, development, and services. The central province of Quang Binh aims to attract 4.5-5 million visitors in 2024 and generate over USD 220 million in tourism revenue. In 2024, the province plans to focus on investing in tourism infrastructure and developing new tourism products, such as eco-tourism, cultural and historical tourism, and community tourism, to meet the demands of travelers.
