The Vietnam-South Korea Cultural Day Festival: A Celebration of Unity and Diversity in Can Tho City

Can Tho City hosted a vibrant two-day cultural exchange event at Luu Huu Phuoc Park in Ninh Kieu District, celebrating the unique bond between Vietnam and South Korea. The festival, an annual occurrence since its inception in 2022, witnessed an enthusiastic turnout with 50 stalls showcasing the very best of both nations’ culture, tourism, cuisine, education, and trade opportunities. Japan Hosts 2023 Vietnam Pho Festival

The Vietnam Pho Festival 2023, held at Yoyogi Park in Tokyo on October 7, marked a significant milestone in celebrating the seventh edition of the ‘Day of Pho’ (December 12). The event aimed to enhance the global recognition of Vietnamese culinary culture, particularly the country’s popular beef noodle soup, pho. Over 300 children participated in a painting contest titled “I Love Hanoi – City for Peace” on the 69th anniversary of Hanoi’s Liberation Day (October 10, 1954). The “I love Hanoi – City for Peace” painting contest held in Hanoi on Oct 14 attracts more than 300 local and foreign children.
