The City Lights Run: 5,000 Runners Set to Light Up Ho Chi Minh City This Week
The third edition of the Ho Chi Minh City Night Run Eximbank is set to be the biggest yet, with a significant increase in participant numbers from the previous two events. This popular running event is organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Athletics Federation, the municipal Labor Culture Palace, and Unique Events & Media, under the guidance of the municipal Department of Culture and Sports. The race, which offers distances of five, 10, and 21 kilometers, commemorates the 134th birthday of late President Ho Chi Minh and encourages residents to embrace a healthier, more active lifestyle. It also showcases the vibrant and energetic side of Ho Chi Minh City after dark, providing a unique experience for both tourists and foreigners living in the city.
