“The project helps build a cultural space where people can enjoy books, thus supporting cultural exchange; information look-up and improving the quality of life for all classes of people in the capital,” said Ha.

Ha added that the Hanoi Library will become a creative space to incubate creative talents. This is also an opportunity for Hanoi Library to boost the reading culture in the trend of globalization, application of information technology and transformation from the traditional library to the modern one.
